Dana J. Peterson, Founder and Principal Consultant
Through decades of working with nonprofit organizations and government entities, Dana prioritizes thoughtful planning and prudent execution. Starting her career listening to and advocating for wheat farmers in Kansas, Dana moved to Washington, DC, to lead the national association as its first female top executive. Her time in DC included serving at USDA in Rural Development and Farm Service Agency before moving to Fargo, ND, to lead strategy for a short time for Emerging Prairie and Grand Farm. The call to return to her roots drew her back to Kansas where Dana is establishing calm and order (remotely and on-site), which allows trust, hope, and vision to grow.
